I would recommend reading as many reviews of camp stoves as
possible before purchasing the right camping stove for you, but if
you have an idea, I have already included a few links on this page
to guide you to the right camp stove for you, whether it be small
portable units for backpacking or larger gas cooking stoves used to
keep the family fed.
For those of you who aren't culinary experts at home much less on
the trail, I would recommend looking at some "just add
water"
prepackaged food. Usually the only catch to this
type of cuisine is using hot water. As you will see in the
links below, there are a variety of camping stoves that are very
lightweight and portable for boiling your cooking water.
Remember, these are also very useful for making that all important
cup of coffee in the morning.
